By accessing, browsing, or using jeetbji in any capacity — including viewing game content, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jeetbji and, if applicable, close your account. Access to jeetbji is a privilege, not a right, and we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any individual at our sole discretion.

These Terms apply in conjunction with jeetbji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.

jeetbji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via the email address on file. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To use jeetbji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This age restriction is absolute and applies regardless of any local laws that may permit gambling at a lower age.
• You are accessing jeetbji on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of a jeetbji employee in a role that involves access to non-public platform data or game mechanics.
• You have not previously had a jeetbji account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a person who has requested self-exclusion from jeetbji or from any other gambling platform operated by the same group.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

jeetbji may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your age, identity, or any other aspect of your eligibility. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance, and conduct an age verification review. If the review confirms that the player is underage, the account will be permanently closed and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use, as those winnings are considered void.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active account on jeetbji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jeetbji employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed immediately. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be confiscated.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetbji username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jeetbji will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, even if you claim that someone else was responsible.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify jeetbji immediately via email at [email protected]. We will take appropriate steps to secure your account, which may include a temporary account freeze while the matter is investigated.

All financial transactions on jeetbji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jeetbji does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their published fee schedules.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your jeetbji account in real time for mobile financial service (MFS) providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business day to be reflected in your account balance.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) BST business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. jeetbji reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳100,000 in aggregate within any rolling 30-day period.

Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into your account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. jeetbji does not make payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• All transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.
• jeetbji does not store full card numbers; card transactions are tokenised by our payment processing partners.

jeetbji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all jeetbji bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated on the promotion page (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in qualifying games before a withdrawal is permitted).
• Eligible games: Not all games on jeetbji contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain live casino games, crash games, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution schedule is published on each promotion page.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited after the expiry date.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may only hold one active bonus at any time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse and collusion: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, or using automated software to exploit bonus mechanics — is strictly prohibited. jeetbji reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.
• Seasonal promotions: jeetbji may offer special promotions timed around events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, the IPL, the T20 World Cup, and other key moments in the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar. These promotions are subject to their own terms and are available for a limited time only.

jeetbji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice where it determines that doing so is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or to comply with any applicable legal or regulatory requirement.

jeetbji offers a broad range of gaming and betting products including sports betting (with a particular focus on cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey), live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and game-show titles), video slots, and crash games. The rules applicable to each product category are set out below.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on jeetbji are final once confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, jeetbji's settlement rules for that specific sport will apply. For cricket, if a BPL or international match is abandoned due to weather or other circumstances after the minimum number of overs required for a result have been bowled, the result will be settled on the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable.

Live Casino: Live casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, etc.) as displayed within the game interface. Technical errors or disconnections during a live casino session will be handled in accordance with the provider's published disconnection policy. jeetbji is not liable for losses arising from player-side technical issues such as internet disconnections.

Slots and RNG Games: All slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation technology. Each spin or game round is independent of all previous rounds. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

Crash Games: Crash games such as Aviator (by Spribe) operate on a provably fair model. Players must cash out before the multiplier crashes; failure to do so results in the loss of the staked amount for that round. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and are displayed within the game interface.

Bet Settlement: jeetbji reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including where an incorrect price or odds were displayed as a result of a technical error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeetbji. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings, and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant legal authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen payment method.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one jeetbji account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access jeetbji while under the age of 18, or facilitating access for any person under 18.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or match-fixing in sports betting.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with jeetbji's games, betting markets, or account systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform. Chargeback fraud will be referred to the relevant authorities and the full amount, plus any associated processing fees, will be pursued through legal channels.
• Exploitation of system errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a software bug, glitch, or pricing error. Any winnings derived from a known system error are considered void.
• Money laundering: Using jeetbji as a vehicle for depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds associated with illegal activity.

jeetbji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required to protect the interests of jeetbji, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, jeetbji reserves the right to confiscate any account balance and outstanding winnings. In cases where no breach is established after review, any balance in the account at the time of suspension will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Player-Requested Closure: If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will process your request within one (1) BST business day. Any remaining balance will be returned to your most recently used withdrawal method after all pending bets have been settled.

Responsible Gaming Closure: If you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — please visit our Responsible Gaming page for full details on available tools and procedures. Self-exclusion requests are treated with the highest priority and are actioned immediately by our support team. Players who have self-excluded will not be permitted to reopen their account during the exclusion period, regardless of the reason given.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jeetbji may charge a dormancy fee of up to ৳200 per month on the account balance of dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To avoid dormancy fees, simply log in to your account at least once every 12 months.
